Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern the website and services of LOFLO Transport, LLC (“LOFLO,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site, approving a quote or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable written agreement.

Services and Confirmation

We provide transportation coordination, logistics support, route planning, market research, polling and related professional services. Scope, schedule, capacity, service area, fees and deliverables are established in writing. No service is confirmed until accepted by LOFLO.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate routes, schedules, passenger or project information, safe access, lawful instructions and timely approvals. Clients are responsible for costs caused by incomplete or changed requirements.

Payment

Fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified and are due according to the invoice or agreement. Clients are responsible for authorized service fees, approved expenses and applicable taxes. We may pause future work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

Transportation Conditions

Traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, unsafe conditions, government action and vendor availability may affect service. Prohibited or unlawful materials will not be transported. Cargo, insurance and loss procedures, when applicable, must be defined in the relevant agreement.

Research Limitations

Research findings reflect the methodology, sample, questions and information available during the engagement. Findings and recommendations do not guarantee any commercial or public outcome.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Each party retains pre-existing intellectual property. After full payment, clients may use final deliverables as permitted by the applicable agreement. Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for authorized purposes.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit fraudulent payment information, request unlawful transportation, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or misrepresent research findings.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOFLO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Except where prohibited by law or changed by a written agreement, aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt good-faith informal resolution.
